Protein Root Beer Float

A root beer float with 35g of protein and only about 250 calories. This is exactly what I mean when I say you do not have to give up the foods you love. You just find better-for-you versions of the classics.

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop Level-1 Vanilla Ice Cream protein
  • 3/4 cup Fairlife milk
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Splash of Fairlife milk, for spinning
  • Root Beer Poppi, to top

Directions

  1. Blend the Level-1 protein, Fairlife milk, and a pinch of sea salt, then pour the mixture into a Ninja Creami container.
  2. Freeze in the Ninja Creami container for at least 24 hours, or overnight.
  3. Add a splash of Fairlife milk over the top of the frozen base, then run it through the Ninja Creami on the Light Ice Cream setting.
  4. Re-spin on the Light Ice Cream setting until smooth and creamy.
  5. Scoop into a glass and pour Root Beer Poppi over the top. Serve right away.
